MEET THE CEO AND FOUNDER

Hi, I'm Julie!

I am a wife, Mom, Registered Dietitian, and a virtual health and wellness coach. My mission is to help you break away from the diet mindset and learn new ways to love and nourish your body.

I have had my own struggles with food, my relationship with food, and my body. Diet culture had such a strong hold on me, through overexercising, underconsumption, and struggles with anxiety, I thought I was the picture of health. On the bright side, this mindset sent me to the field of Dietetics and I have not stopped learning since.

In 2022, I graduated with my Master's Degree focusing on Intuitive Eating and I cannot wait to share all the evidenced-based research and framework with my clients!

I genuinely believe that it is possible to eat the foods you love, move your body in a way that feels good and achieve your goals far beyond what diet culture could ever have created!
